So much has happened. I’m officially done with vet school! How surreal. For the past two weeks I’ve been officially relieved of vet intern duties and I already feel like I’ve forgotten so much.
IELTS in 2 days time, and I’m racing against the clock to hurry and get my skills assessment done so I can apply for my permanent visa.
In the past 2 weeks I’ve also wrestled with the thought of NOT being a vet, strangely enough, despite my training.
What else has happened? Climbed Mt. Api in Mulu, which made me reminisce about my fitter days; felt almost disappointed at my ability that I couldn’t handle the climb down a little faster. Also went to see the amazing Mulu caves. Went to Universal Studios at Sentosa, and then (a very disappointing, and pale in comparison) Legoland in Johore. Mostly spent time with Mum - which then subsequently sent me to the confessional.
Sigh. Well, like they say, its is a life long therapy…
